Strawberry-Blueberry-Banana Smoothie

In addition to providing a boost of protein from hemp seeds, a smoothie that contains strawberries, 

blueberries, and banana is not only somewhat sweet but also completely suitable for children. 

If you want the blended fruit to have a more icy consistency, you should freeze the fruits ahead of time.

Ingredient

Frozen strawberries, one-half cup One-half cup of blueberries that have been frozen. One tiny banana that is fully ripe (frozen, if desired)

¾ cup of cashew milk that has been refrigerated and is unsweetened, plus additional cashew milk if necessary a single spoonful of cashew butter 1 tablespoon of hemp seeds that have been hulled

A blender should be used to combine the following ingredients: cashew milk, cashew butter, hemp seeds, strawberries, blueberries, and banana.

 Once the mixture is completely smooth, add additional cashew milk if necessary to achieve the desired consistency. Serve as soon as possible.
