Peach Bourbon Shrimp

Ingredient

1 pound peeled, deveined raw shrimp (26-30 per pound) 2 tablespoons Old Bay or other seafood seasoning 1 tsp garlic powder Two tablespoons olive oil

1-cup peach preserves Jim Beam peach bourbon, 3 teaspoons Two teaspoons brown sugar

Tablespoon honey 2-tsp lemonjuice tsp cider vinegar Fresh parsley minced

Using garlic powder and seafood spice, sprinkle prawns with the mixture. Over medium heat, bring the oil to a simmer in a large skillet. 

After two minutes, add the shrimp and continue cooking. Cook for an additional two minutes after flipping. 

 Combine the preserves, bourbon, honey, brown sugar, lemon juice, and vinegar by stirring them together. 

Continue to cook and toss the shrimp for an additional two to three minutes, or until they turn pink. Garnish with chopped parsleys.
