Mix 1/4 cup of chia seeds with 1 cup of your favorite liquid (such as almond milk or coconut milk) and a sweetener of your choice (like honey or maple syrup). Let it sit in the fridge for a few hours or overnight until it thickens into a pudding-like consistency.
