Grizzlies extend Ja Morant's suspension amid gun controversy.

ESPN claims Memphis Grizzlies point guard Ja Morant would miss at least the next four games.

The Warriors, Mavericks, and Heat are those opponents.

After Morant was caught on Instagram live brandishing a gun at a nightclub, Glendale Police in Colorado closed their investigation.

Glendale Police stated in a press release that they were "unable to determine that probable cause existed for the filing of charges."

"In this case, it should be noted that, on the night in question, the GPD did not receive any calls for service at the nightclub regarding a weapon of any type," the agency stated.

The investigation found no firearm and no threats or menace. The video was troubling enough to warrant an investigation, but there wasn't enough evidence to charge anyone."

On Tuesday's "This League Uncut" podcast, NBA columnist Marc Stein stated the league and Colorado law enforcement are investigating "a couple of elements".

Stein said Morant's pistol display occurred on the road. I think this happened in Denver. So, ‘Did he personally bring the pistol in?’ On the journey, did he carry the pistol on the team plane?"
