On March 15, in honor of International SPS Awareness Day, the Grammy winner posted a heartwarming family portrait with her boys René-Charles, Nelson, and Eddy (who she shares with her late husband René Angélil). 

Céline acknowledged her diagnosis and expressed sympathy for people afflicted with SPS while posing for the camera with the quartet.

While she mentioned that she wants to overcome the rare autoimmune neurological illness, she stunned supporters with a hint regarding the future phase of her career.

As she wrote an emotional tribute revealing why the day is so important to her, the singer also emphasized her ambition to return to the stage and play once more..

"Today the world recognizes International SPS Awareness Day," she wrote on March 15. "Trying to overcome this autoimmune condition has been one of the most difficult experiences of my life

but I am determined to one day return to the stage and live as normally as possible. I am extremely grateful for the love and support of my children, family, team, and all of you!"
