Banana Almond Cold-Brew Bliss: Vegan Smoothie Delight

1 ripe banana, frozen 1 cup almond milk (or any plant-based milk of your choice) 1/2 cup cold-brew coffee (ensure it's vegan) 1 tablespoon almond butter

1 tablespoon maple syrup or agave syrup (optional, for added sweetness) Ice cubes (optional, for a colder smoothie) Pinch of cinnamon (optional, for extra flavor)

Peel the ripe banana and cut it into chunks. Place the banana chunks into a blender.

Add almond milk, cold-brew coffee, almond butter, and maple syrup or agave syrup (if using) into the blender.

Optionally, add a pinch of cinnamon for extra flavor.

1. If you prefer a colder smoothie, add a few ice cubes into the blender as well. 2. Blend all the ingredients together until smooth and creamy. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add more almond milk to reach your desired consistency.

Once blended, pour the smoothie into a glass. Optionally, garnish with sliced bananas or a sprinkle of cinnamon on top.
